And with that, I'm going to have a priest bless my property, so that unholy suggestion can never come within 500 feet of my smoker or grill.0 -
I rub first in my homemade rub, wrap them in plastic wrap and let them sit in the fridge over night. Then, the next day, I steam them in beer and bourbon. Then let them cool overnight. Then I BBQ and, towards the end, slather on my homemade Raspberry Jalapeno Sauce.0

Last night my trainer wrote down the workout of the day and as I read out , "BB Press Curls" Out loud, I asked..."Bar-B-Que curls?"
Been thinking about BBQ rips since last night.0 -

Bite your tongue!!
Dry rub... put in the smoker for a good 6 hours at 225 degrees. I prefer to use charcoal and cherry wood. When the bones have all poked through the end of the meat I will sauce half of them with some Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle... toss them over some hot coals for a minute or two to tighten the sauce... I keep the other half un-sauced and BANG rib heaven.0 -

Wonderful!
I use the same method, only difference is that I use McClard's sauce, though now I've got to give SB Ray's Honey Chipotle a try, too. Thank you!0
