I rub first in my homemade rub, wrap them in plastic wrap and let them sit in the fridge over night. Then, the next day, I steam them in beer and bourbon. Then let them cool overnight. Then I BBQ and, towards the end, slather on my homemade Raspberry Jalapeno Sauce.0

I rub first in my homemade rub, wrap them in plastic wrap and let them sit in the fridge over night. Then, the next day, I steam them in beer and bourbon. Then let them cool overnight. Then I BBQ and, towards the end, slather on my homemade Raspberry Jalapeno Sauce.

Dry rub... put in the smoker for a good 6 hours at 225 degrees. I prefer to use charcoal and cherry wood. When the bones have all poked through the end of the meat I will sauce half of them with some Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle... toss them over some hot coals for a minute or two to tighten the sauce... I keep the other half un-sauced and BANG rib heaven.0 -
