..is how I like my ribs..... alll grilled up and slathered in barebeque sauce..... yum! After hours of slow cooking to make them nice and tender.

    both ways work well. Crock pot way is a nice way to do it if you have to work and do not have the time to say at home.

    I rub first in my homemade rub, wrap them in plastic wrap and let them sit in the fridge over night. Then, the next day, I steam them in beer and bourbon. Then let them cool overnight. Then I BBQ and, towards the end, slather on my homemade Raspberry Jalapeno Sauce.

    Last night my trainer wrote down the workout of the day and as I read out , "BB Press Curls" Out loud, I asked..."Bar-B-Que curls?"

    Bite your tongue!!

    Dry rub... put in the smoker for a good 6 hours at 225 degrees. I prefer to use charcoal and cherry wood. When the bones have all poked through the end of the meat I will sauce half of them with some Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle... toss them over some hot coals for a minute or two to tighten the sauce... I keep the other half un-sauced and BANG rib heaven.

    I use the same method, only difference is that I use McClard's sauce, though now I've got to give SB Ray's Honey Chipotle a try, too. Thank you!
