Memaws Alfredo Sauce

This is really easy and we all like it!
MEMAWS ALFREDO SAUCE

6 tablespoons lowfat sour cream
6 tablespoons greek yogurt cream cheese
2 ounces joan of arc tomato basil goat cheese
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons bacon bits
1 chopped bell pepper
7 medium-large baby bella mushrooms

Sautee bell pepper in olive oil til slightly softened; add chopped or sliced mushrooms and sautee.

In a separate bowl, mix together all of the creamy ingredients. Add the parm. Add these to the vegetation. Cook on medium low heat stirring to ensure good mixture. Add parmesan cheese last.

DO NOT ADD SALT!

Serve with your favorite noodle.
