Body by vi shakes

Has anyone tried the body by vi meal replacement shakes? I went to a meeting last week with some sales reps and they really did sell the product well. It's very American! The results did back up what they were saying.

  • Yes, I did the 30 day challenge last year and lost 20 lbs. I kept it off and lost another 10, which I gained back after a surgery.
I am going back on the Body by Vi this month and hope to lose that 10 and another 10 :)
I liked it.... like anything else, it's not a magic ticket. You have to do the work - you need to exercise and you need to change your eating habits. If you do this and then go back to eating chips and ice cream while watching TV (general, not direct) you're going to gain the weight back. Good Luck!!!
  • BTW - that's an old picture :) I haven't updated my picture in a while.

I've tried it. Researched it vs. Shakeology (as much as you can, without the bias of people selling it) and I found Shake to be a much better product FOR ME. The amount of soy in the Vi was a little worrisome. They both have a place in a healthy diet, I believe. To me, it's better calories and money spent on something better than a pop tart, which was my old "go to" for breakfast. It's my little splurge, instead of buying $4 mochas or getting my nails done.

They both also have reps and coaches that will tell you lots of things to sell it. Do your own research. Good luck! : )
