I just wanted to say hello. I am not new to MFP but decided to get a fresh start after being away for a little while. Now I have a new profile. I'm hoping to find other MFP friends in Alberta or anywhere really for inspiration and encouragement. :happy:

    Calgary here, well just outside Calgary in Cochrane.

    Anyone is free to add me. Been on here for about a year and a half and have been really struggling trying to get back on track. Gained about 1/2 of my weight loss back in the past 8 month or so.
