I seriously have a love/hate relationship with lifting apps. I wish I knew how to write code. Exactly what is hard about your weights & reps carrying forward from day to day?! I just want an app I can plug my program into it and I can update from day to day. I don't need it to tell me what it how to lift. Just track. Any suggestions?
