Will my boobs get smaller?

Okay so here is the thing, I am a teen girl and I am about 20 pounds heavier than I was last summer (yikes, I know). Of course over that time, my boobs have gotten a lot bigger.
This may be TMI but whatever. They used to be like a 34 B now they're a full 34 C/D. They don't sag at all so they aren't just all like fat? If that makes any sense. Perky almost muscle?
So I didn't know if they got bigger from gaining weight, getting older or both? Also, I want to lose 15-20 pounds and get firm and toned. Will my boobs most likely get smaller? If so, how much? And will they get saggy after getiing smaller?!
Thanks so much, I am totally new to this website!

weight is lost all over the body , so yes . They will go a bit smaller .0

... a considerable portion of boobs is fat - you want to loose fat hence you will loose boobs.0
-
They did for me (:( why!!) but it does depend on genetics. But usually, yes.0

I drop about a cup size for each 7kg I lose.0

you've not got that much weight to lose and your young so you may get lucky, me personally after losing about 40lbs it started to go off my boobs, ive gone from 42 f to a more respectable 36 d, and (considering my age plus breat fed 4 kids) they look less saggy now0

I don't know how drastic 20 lbs will change your size but when I lost and got to a size 7-8 a long time ago..I like literally shrunk to a 28 B ..it was awesome and they did not look towards the earth but skyward.0

yes they will definitely get smaller, but if the weight u lose is below 20lbs, i don't think it'l decrease by a lot!
But it really does differ frm person 2 person... A friend of mine lost a lot from her boobs although Mine haven't decreased a lot...
But a healthier body is what ur aiming for, so don't think about it for now... If ur a teen, they'l probably grow a bit more anyways
N exercise 2 avoid sagging...0 -
Almost definitely.
You can't get everything in life...0 -

Also depends on your genetics to some extent - some females may just lose the fat around body other than breast region - but rarely happens!0 -
When I was pregnant, my DD's went up to E's (talk about uncomfortable on a 5'2" frame). As the weight came off, I went back down to DD's. I wish they *would* get smaller, but no matter how much weight I lose, they won't go below DD. And that's genetics in my case. However, you are rather young so in your case you might *not* lose a lot in your chest area just by dropping 20 lbs.0

They probably will. I know mine definitely did, I'm still sad about it although my thoughts are that once I've lost all the weight I want to lose and tone up that it should technically look good and in proportion to the rest of my body. I reckon it is worth it for how the rest of your body looks0

I went from a full 34B to a 34A and I've only lost 10 pounds, yet I didn't have a lot to lose though. My boobs were honestly the first thing to go, and there shape now sucks.0

Also, I was a 32C and after losing 30lbs, well.. I'm not too sure what size, maybe a B. Either way I don't have to wear bras now and life is better that way0

lol loose boobs.....
yes, you're boobs will most likely get smaller but you'll still be proportionate if you lose fat all over.0 -
You will probably lose some in the breasts but you said you were a teen so you may still be growing?? When I lose its usually more noticeable in my boobs and butt. Not the places I'd choose but we can't really pick what goes! haha0

I have heard a lot of people say that the last thing you "gained" will be the first thing to go. For example I got a hint of a double chin and more back fat when I was at my heaviest, which I'd never had before, and when I began to lose a lot of weight my chin and back looked normal again first. So if that's true for you, the breasts might be quicker to go.
I've always been overweight and still am. However, at age 14 when I was 180 lb my bra size was already 36D. I am now age 37 and 194 lb and my bra size is 38DD. Through my entire life since age 16-ish I've worn a DD bra and while my size was 42DD when I weighed 307 lb I've lost over 100 lb and still wear 38DD.
So basically who knows. haha I see that you do not have a lot of weight to lose so perhaps whichever way it goes, you'll be pleased.0 -
Doesn't matter, you will still have breasts, men will still like you!0

We could hold a memorial service for your dropped cup sizes if you should like.0
-
Yes! they will, for me its a good thing, other small breasted ladies not so much. I've gone from a DDD down to a D so far, it make bra shopping so much easier and cheaper now. :-)0

Maybe a bit--mine always do--but you'll be thinner overall, so they'll look better by comparison. And if you lift weights to increase the muscle underneath, you may be able to counteract the overall effect.0
-
Unless you were lifting weights (like bench press) when you gained the weight, you probably didn't gain muscle in your boobs. Boobs are made up of mammary glands and fat. It's ok. It's probably the prettiest fat we get. It's also one of the reasons women's body fat % stays higher than men's.
There's no way to tell how much will go away when you lose weight. Some people report not losing in the chest. Most say they do, as other posters have.
I say, eat healthy and exercise. Don't worry about the boobs. Be healthy because that's more important than bra size.0 -
They will probably get a little smaller, but stay proportional with your body. You are still growing, so they will still be bigger than they were before. At your age they probably won't sag. Just lose weight at a slow rate and eat nutritious food. Eat protein and fruits and veggies and fats and don't restrict any food groups.0
-
w/ 20lbs and your age, it's a toss up. it could be the last of growth/puberty (which can last until 21 for some women and 25 for some men) affecting mammary tissue. or you might have a lot of fat on your boobs. if it IS mammary tissue, then that 20lb number will change b/c it's a heavy tissue. just go for being healthy and your boobs will look awesome.0
-
They might. But what's the alternative? Stay heavy?0
-
I can't say what'll happen to you but I've lost a cup size so far and I didn't have much to lose in that area to begin with!
What other choice do you have though? Stay heavy with a bigger chest or lose the weight and be healthier?0 -
pretty sure they won't sag if you lose weight!! you are still young0
-
bye bye to the boobs
but there is always boob jobs0
