You can join T2 diabetes group. Sometimes people with T1 post there too. We offer support to each other on this difficult life challenge and for the most part many tips work for both T1 andT2.0

Sucks doesnt it? I have been on a "diet" since like January and all I have done is stay around the 92kg mark and its depressing
