I've heard some people say that you should because you need to make sure you're getting enough calories to keep your body fueled and losing weight. But I've also heard some people say that you shouldn't, and stress the importance of calorie deficit to lose weight. So.....which is it? lol I'm so confused and need help!!! Thanks!

I eat back 1/2, first to accommodate over estimation of exercise calories and to accommodate under estimate of calories consumed. Worked well for me when I was loosing, now that I am closer to maintainance, I eat back more and assure things like proteins are hit since I strength train.0

Both...because MFP sets you at a deficit before you exercise. You can lose without exercising at all. Creating a deeper deficit may not help you lose...may hinder it, actually...and could be nutritionally unsound.0
