anyone using Leslie Sansone 4 miles Walk Away?

Hey guys..I just got the DVD Leslie Sansone walk Away 4 miles from my friend and I have started following the DVD since last 2 days..I am planning to do it 2 times per day , seven days a week..please suggest if this is good enough or not..My target is to lose 40-50 kg in 6 months..

P.S. I have completed 30 day shred (Jillian's workout DVD) but I haven't lost much weight..

  • I can't recommend losing 100 pounds in 6 months.

    I also don't suggest doing the video twice a day. It's overkill and you will burn yourself out.

    Focus on good nutrition and you should lose weight at a healthy pace.

    I would alternate the 4 mile walk and weight lifting day, taking one day off a week. On my weight lifting days I also walk a quick mile.

    Give your body a rest and you will lose weight.
    I haven't checked your profile and don't know your current weight. If you are on the heavier side you will lose quicker at first.
  • if it is the 4 fast miles one it is a GREAT workout - love those intervals! I have found intervals to be a great way to improve fitness and also lose weight.
