i'M JUST STARTING TODAY. i AM HAVING A HARD TIME TYPING IN THE AMOUNTS. i'M NOT EATING THE EXACT AMOUNT THAT IT GIVES ME. FOR EXAMPLE; FOR ALMOND MILK i ONLY USE 1/8 A CUP, AND IT LIST 1 CUP. HOW DO I FIX THIS?

1 divided by 8 = 0.125 cups. Over ride the 1
Another handy thing to remember - 1/4 cup has 4 tablespoons....so if you find tablespoons of almond milk you can enter it that way0 -
congratulations on getting started! You can adjust the servings...for example, 0.5 for half a cup, 0.33 for a third of a cup, 0.25 for a quarter or 0.125 for an eighth of a cup. best of luck on your journey!0
