    My kids! One is 40lbs the other is 30lbs so I pick one up and start lifting them. They think it's hilarious and I get a little exercise from it.

    Kids are awesome. I do squats while holding my 5 month old or my 8 year old on my shoulders.

    Yep I have done steep hill climbs with my daughter on my back...she is about 90 pounds...it's a hellofa workout.....best part about it, in my ear she is constantly saying things like.....great job mom....you can do it....you got this.......Best work out of all time...Plus she feels like she is helping me and loves it!!

    I love the calf-raise stand my husband made for me...he even stained it, and it is pretty as well as functional. :heart:
