    My goal on MFP is 1520 calories, I usually eat anywhere from 1200 to 1500.

    I've been dealing with back issues as well and I'm hoping losing will help. Keep up the great work!

    The weight loss has helped my back, however, but I will always have back problems. I don't feel it as much now once I lost weight and can really notice it if I am doing something that really works my back. The pain isn't as bad and can usually rest a little bit with a heating pad or cold compress and it helps.

    I also PCOS, severe anemia (have had a few blood transfusions) as well my gallbladder removed so I can understand all of this so much.
