I hope it comes in for your quickly, but unfortunately they have had a lot of shipping problems. I ordered mine the first day it was available 2/3 and I only received it last Saturday 2/150 -
I just sent a bunch of you friend requests. I got my 21 day fix pretty quick, I think I am one of the few. I have not been 100% diligent with the food but I did lose 3 pounds the 1st week. This week has been rough because of birthday cake. LOL. It is in the garbage now so I am not tempted. I am very good on doing the workouts though and I love that everyday it is something different. I have tried Jillian Michaels shred and get so bored with it. It is very easy to stick to these workouts. I love it.. I am hoping by adding those doing the program will help me keep myself accountable with sticking to the program and follow through with the food. It actually is a lot of food that you get to eat, I was very suprised by that since the containers seem so small. I just need to kick the sugar habit.0

Hi There! Kim from CT, I started the 21 day fix on Wed and so far feel great! Im debating between the shakeology or Qivana for my meal replacement shake but otherwise the food plan is pretty cool. Im finding that MFP is more helpful with the food choices though. Thoughts?0

Hi Tiff i agree, the foods are a little confusing but I found it helpful to plan out the week (or at least the day before) by counting off the foods using the colors as a measuring cup and than making a meal plan from that. trying to do it the day of was harder.0

I am! I started on the the 17th and am down 3 pounds! I really like it. It has really helped me clean up my diet. I was also surprised with how much food you get to eat! Feel free to add me.0

Oh, and if anyone is eating within the first calorie level, this calendar might help too: https://db.tt/wSh8yBwu (the dotted boxes at the bottom of each day is for the second calorie level - e.g. if you need to up your calorie intake because you are doing other workouts like P90X or Insanity at the same time).

Okay ladies! Let's start sharing our meal plans Today is day 1 for me .
Breakfast- Chobani plain with mixed berries and cinnamon
Snack- 20 almonds
Lunch- Tuna fish sandwich on whole wheat bread, with mixed greens and onions. Side salad with mixed greens, onions, yellow peppers and cucumber with olive oil and lemon
Snack- apple
Dinner- Tilapia and mixed veggies and salad
Not really hungry yet but of course they brought snacks at work.. ugh lol0 -
I am waiting for mine. It will be shipped the end of march but I would love to watch how all yours are going and get food ideas0

I hate it when they bring cookies and snacks to work. It's so tempting. I'm trying to make the container system work and am tweaking it a bit so it fits my lifestyle.
My meal plan today is:
Breakfast: Chocolate shakeology (with almond milk, coffee and vanilla extract)
Snack: red grapes
Lunch: Mixed spring greens with cherry tomatoes, yogurt herb dressing (from the meal book), chicken breast, brown rice
Snack: whole wheat crackers with laughing cow cheese wedge, keurig coffee
Dinner: Seasoned cod with green beans, sweet potatoes0 -

Did really bad today
Had a pear for breakfast and a handful of almonds, little pasta salad with chicken for lunch and thought I was on the right track. I saw sweettarts (my weakness) in a dish in the office, and figured, eh I work out tonight, I'll have a few. Before I knew it, the whole bowl was gone and now I just feel sick.
Going to have to make sure to down the water and eat really good for dinner. What do you guys do when you get a craving like I did today? I blame most of it on the curse (monthly) lol0 -
Where do we get thx 21 day fix? I'm new to MFP and am interested in trying it! I need motivated buddies too!0
