Hello all
A friend of mine is hosting a secret Santa party and we are to give him a list of 3 gift choices under $20. I need help coming up with fitness-related gift ideas. Please help. I already have a heart-rate monitor and a bathroom and kitchen scale. Thanks.

Do you pack your lunch sometimes? I have found a nice thermos is fantastic for all sorts of things, including a quick dinner on the run to a meeting. :)

What kind of thermos do you use? All the lunch containers I've tried don't keep food warm for long.

I would say a strength ball... I got mine at Borders for $14.99 I love it or a pedometer. Both are great ideas.

Not a fitness item, but certainly needed ... batteries for the HRM and pedometer. There's nothing more annoying than being reading and finding that one of your favorite fitness items isn't. Might also add a gift card for iTunes if they have an iPod.

Measuring cups that are actually ladles,- they come in 1/4 cup servings, 1/2 cup, 3/4 cup, and of course 1 cup servings. I use them CONSTANTLY, especially when serving meals so I can measure out my portions and nobody else knows that I am doing so because they look just like regular serving spoons. Couldn't live without them!
