I'm not sure what the exact weights are in any of the pictures. I'm 5'6. I thought I'd post in case it helps motivate anyone. And feel free to add me if you're looking for new MFP friends

You can add me and see my profile for a longer explanation, but basically don't limit myself so much that I can't sustain what I'm doing and end up binging. I focus more on eating healthy now and not eating empty calories and allow myself a treat in moderation. I also exercise almost every day and really love using my Polar Heart rate monitor to track calories burned.0 -
