I've opened my diary for public view for a few days. Would welcome legitimate comments for improvement.

Please note, I track water on a different app and average 2.5 litres a day, minimum, not including lots of herbal teas.

    Define "satisfactory results."
  • What are you hoping to acheive, OP?

So it looks like you're eating back about half of your exercise calories, is that right?

You don't have a lot to lose, so you might not be eating enough, honestly. I don't know for sure. Like, do you have your loss goal set to 2 lbs per week? If so, switch that to 1 lb.

    Or

Do you know your BMR and TDEE? Using http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/ or http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/ ?

Ditto to what most people have said.

I have heard that high sodium can be a reason for weight not falling off easier ... so maybe watch that. It appears you go over most days!

Goal is about 18 lbs and toning. Done the TDEE thing, and to be honest, i've read lots of pros and cons, some have had great success others have not. I don't think it's relevant, but having said that I did change my macros according to what the website said. I am consuming about 100 calories less than the TDEE and BMR results indicated and don't feel 100 calories either way is the kicker here.

My goal is actually set to 1 lb per week, but having said that, even it is set to .05 lbs/wk OR 2 lbs/wk, nothing changes as calories will not go below 1200.

Satisfactory results is not really losing much in either weight or inches. I THINK it has a lot to do with water retention, I really can't lower my calories much more, I have not tried increasing my calories yet, but that is my next step. What I'm looking for is am I overlooking something in my nutrition.

For the record, I track water on another app, and I consume at a minimum 2.5 litres of water a day, every day, plus 3-4 cups of herbal tea.

Thanks for all the anticipated constructive input.
