I am just curious as I have no access to barbells or a squat rack and I have been trying to figure this out with dumbells.. is this an acceptable/approved method of doing squats??

Edited to add.. I def approve... of the angle... just curious about the method...

they don't list dumbell squats, so look at their kettlebell example.

I do love a good pair of yoga pants but I don't wear them on a casual basis. I'm much more of a dressy girl.

Thanks. The only problem I have with them, is my butt must get a little too bouncy during running, they slip down a little every now and again..

I wear yoga pants for strength training, for cardio, for going grocery shopping, for lounging at home - basically I wear them any time 'real pants' aren't required. They are the fitness garment industry's greatest gift to mankind.

    pics or didn't happen
