My treadmill is acting up

question to treadmillers out there. the walking belt on my treadmill started to jerk when I walked and made a few squeals. It isn't under warranty, I bought it used. It sounds like it needs lubrication. Any of you ever had this problem?

If you haven't already done so you need to get some silicon lube and also on a regular interval tighten and centre the belt0
