Hi everyone

I downloaded the mfp app this past Sunday when I decided it was time to give up Dr. Pepper and try to become healthier. I had given up Dr. Pepper over 2 years ago but then took a driving job that I was having a hard time staying awake at so I turned back to Dr. Pepper to keep me awake. Well now I'm almost 300 pounds, this is the biggest I have been my entire life so it is time to do something!!! I'm still at my driving job but now my hours aren't chaotic anymore I am strictly 6am-2pm so it isn't as tough as random hours like before. I'm happy to report I am doing really good with kicking my Dr. Pepper habit I've had 2 Dr. Peppers all week and am drinking water like it's going out of style. I'm also happy to report I have lost 5.2 pounds this week. It's a small victory but at least I didn't gain :)

I'm really hoping to find friends on here that can help me on this journey of getting away from the number 300!!! :)
