Busy mom, but I CAN DO THIS! (help me!!)

So, yes...I am a very busy mom, as most moms can attest to. I have been losing and gaining back the same five pounds for about one year now. Good news is that I haven't gotten heavier than that. Bad news is that I haven't lost any. I really need to lose a minimum of 30 pounds, but 50 would be great!

I feel SO STUPID when it comes to healthy eating... I have read every fad diet and book you can get your hands on, but nothing sticks. I know it is because I am so crunched for time, and I don't take the TIME to prepare. That is my first step: Having a dedicated grocery and prep day. I think this will allow me to eat healthier because everything will be ready versus me grabbing whatever is quickest.

I need motivation to stick to a plan. I know that the motivation comes from inside, but I would appreciate anyone who could support me as well! I will definitely return the favor. (I obviously am on MFP, but also FitBit).

My goals:
Lose 30-50 pounds
Feel better/more energy
Be physically STRONGER
Set an excellent healthy example for my children
