What do you do to combat your midnight munchies? I'm really in the mood to snack on something right now.

    Me too. I just go to bed salivating.....:cry:

    maybe some fruit, cottage cheese, or a protein shake?
  • When the late night munchies hit me... I drink water. Late night is when I want to say screw it and smulch hard on crap food. It sucks, but it works.

    Sparkling water (Pelligrino) or a nice warming herbal tea such as ginger.

    I used to snack so much in the evenings, just out of boredom. Now I just watch TV and plan my meals for the next day on here :-)
