    Also, I like to do random YouTube searches for yoga and pick one determined by the length of the video. I found one that was 50 minutes long and I felt amazing afterwards! :)

    I just did my first youtube workout today.... had no idea they had so many workouts online... I used HASFIT but I will definitely be looking at these that everyone posted.

    Blogilates!! Otherwise I use youtube to check form for different lifts. Bodybuilding.com has better videos but it's easier to find videos on youtube so I use it if I need to check something quickly.

    I use my laptop and have a few that are memorized by now so it is not hard to follow along after doing it for sometime. I am so thankful to have found them on you tube, I love Biggest Loser Power walks 1 thru 4 and Jillian Michaels, some are too hard for me at this point but I will continue to push forward !
