Hi guys and girls
I've recently had some unexpected events happen in my life which have really put things into perspective. One aspect of my life which I have been coasting along on is my fitness. I workout however cant say I eat correctly therefore I don't achieve results. This stops now. Id like to ask any advice and any support given on how to stay focused and motivated and in turn I may can help you in some way

hi...feel free to add me. I log daily. ..working to get back to running which I enjoy too. I too have recently realized I need both sides of the equation to see results- proper eating and workouts. I like to be positive with a bit of humour.0

Logging your food is very effective. Search for recipes for low-cal food and ways to adjust your favorite recipes to make them more healthy. Don't deprive yourself of things you love but decrease the amount you eat of them and as you do your logging, you'll see the impact they have on your calorie counts and you begin to make wiser choices.
