Do activities of self gratification impact gains? I have seen mixed answers on the net. Know for a fact that boxers stop having sex weeks ahead of a bout.

Whats the consensus on this?

  If I had to go without sex for too long, I would probably want to punch someone in the face really hard so I can kinda see the logic.
