Here is a before and after of me and my husband. He has lost 62 pounds and I have lost 76. We started this the last week of September and we have come a long way. This is the best decision of our lives!

Congratulations!! My husband and I banded together the 1st of January and we are losing weight!! He has lost 27 and I have lost 32. We have done weight loss programs many times and sometimes we were successful, but this times seems a lot better as we are actually watching everything. The sodium seems to be the key. We have a ways to go, but we are losing every week and have never done that before. Keep doing the MFP program and keep it off!!! Good luck!0
