Tapout XT- modified version?

Has anyone done a modified version of Tapout XT? I'm wanting to do some of the DVD's 2-3 times a week in addition to running. Looking to build strength and fat loss. Any suggestions of which DVD's would be best for what I want to accomplish?

Thanks!

    Bump.
  • All of them are good. You can definitely do a modified version of it, too. Just go at your own pace, but make sure to keep the intensity at least moderate. The Muay Thai is fun and really works your entire body. The Strength and Upper force is excellent and very good for the upper body; Buns and Guns is rough, lol, but that's because I always have a hard time with the lower body; Ripped Conditioning is killer, but definitely doable; and the Yoga XT is a wonderful stretch, but conditions your body as well. As for the cardio, the Sprawl & Brawl and the Plyo XT are going to give you the best results. Just definitely go modified on the Plyo XT since you run. You can simulate jumping for some, (just lifting your heels instead of jumping), and also step during a few. You don't want to injure any part of your lower body, so keep the plyos very light and you will still get awesome results! :)

Thanks so much for your input!!! :) I was trying to do the program and still run 4 X a week. It was too much! I'll try modifying the Tapout program.
