Hi,

I'm Carly, not new to mfp but new to the boards / community.

I'm about to move up to the gold coast and wondering if anyone has any good tips on gyms and what not?

I'm aiming to finally lose this last bit of weight I'm carrying about this yr.

    I live further north but work just west of Surfers. My gym ist a Hope Island :)

    Hi! I'm not new to the Gold Coast but I recently got back into training to loose weight and meet new people.

    I got a personal trainer to help me out 3 times a week at a gym but I'm looking for friends to play sports with or simply do active activities (not watching movies etc).

    I live in Surfers Paradise and go for a walk at nights and mornings (and try to fit in a swim in the ocean mornings).
