Hey! I know yo can't properly target the area in which you would like to lose weight but I was wondering if anyone knew any good ways to get rid of 'bingo wings', thigh fat, back rolls and stomach fat? Or any good, quick, intense workouts for free that I could try that you know has worked?

  • If you look on Youtube there are lots of free workouts ( dont have links sorry) that can help kick start you into finding the type of workout that you would like to do. I know there a couple of JM 30ds on youtube as well as loads of calorie burning and yoga stuff. Hope that helps:smile:

    I finished Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and now I'm onto Ripped in 30. But I think what you may want to do is No More Trouble Zones. It's 50 minutes of working these trouble areas and very effective. I do it 2x a week along with my other routine. Good Luck!!
