Hey everyone, like most of you, I am new to the site but not to weight issues. Any tips or suggestions about the website that you found particularly useful in your weight loss efforts?

Logging in everyday, has been so helpful, to me. I can keep track of my calories, add a recipe, and know what it's going to cost me, all before I cook it. Everyday makes you accountable to yourself and others. I also read a "success" post everynight, it keeps me motivated. Good luck, in your lifestyle change!!!0
