Soooo! Last night, I debated having a yummy healthy dinner or lots of ice cream, after I put my 700 calories worth of ice cream in a bowl.....I put it right back and had cod and beans and broccoli and rice :D so after that meal my calories for the day were almost done, but while watching TV I got up and unwrapped my favorite 250 calorie chocolate bar (I know I wouldn't stop at just one Bite) BUUT I put it back too :) two NSV s in one night. And I feel amazing about it today :) granted I had diet orange soda instead if chocolate which isn't really healthy lol but at least it's calories, sugar and sodium free :D

If that is what you had really wanted from the start, then kudos to you for your choice. But if avoiding the ice cream completely is only going to make it more appealing to you, then you may want to reconsider.

FYI, I would have done the same but had some ice cream for dessert to not have it hanging over my head as a desirable object.

    Good for you!! :drinker:

I kinda did something similar today. I binge out on Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, like 10-15 in one go. It's disgusting. But! I took one (44 cals) and put away the bag. And I am so happy.

Great job! I love moments like those. You willpower is amazing. Keep it up and keep saying no. :D

And the orange soda is full of sugar but is less calories than that ice cream and chocolate bar which means, you can eat more.
