Hi there... I am Back... Running for my life!

I fell off the wagon and gained back the weight that I had lost and then some. Now I am back and ready to be a total badass fitness nut. I am working on running, strength training, and yoga along with the walking that I do most days anyways. I also quit smoking two months ago and became a vegetarian. Lots of changes in my personal life as well.

I have more motivation than ever before to make this work. Wish me luck.
