New Beginnings

Hello, new to this site but taking it very seriously. I'm a 50 year old mom of three who didn't have to worry about losing some unhealthy pounds til I had my kids. I have a few goals for different reasons, health first and foremost. I'm hoping to drop about 75 pounds, eat healthier and start exercising again. I'm looking forward to following others similar goals and progress and I'd really appreciate your support.
