Trying to start but need some motivation!

Hi everyone,
I've been a member on this thing for a while now but only now have I decided to take it more seriously. I'm trying to 30lbs for my good friend's wedding in July. I've been going to the gym and starting this week I'm working on a healthier diet.
I'd really appreciate some great workout suggestions and/or advice on resisting cravings for all the bad stuff!

This is a great site for losing that extra weight. I've found that if I log each and every meal, each and every day, I have begun to learn what it takes to stay within the calorie limits calculated for me. From now to July, you should do just fine if you stick with it. Good luck to you and wishes for a skinny summer.0
