hi i'm kat, iv been overweight for 15 yrs now. i am dreading another summer so i need to lose this fat once and for all. i have the usual illnesses wth my weight diabetes, high blood pressure, i smoke and need to quit that too so i'm going to do both together hopefully....

    Hi! Feel free to add me. I too smoke and have quit in the past a couple of times, but, I've realized that it gets tougher and tougher. Perhaps there's a plan that we could formulate to cease that terrible habit for good.
