I hate water too and while I am working towards drinking more and more plain water everyday, for now I am using Crystal Light and bottles of sparkling water to ease the transition. Coming from a 5-6 a day pop drinker, I think that is good progress and I will keep working towards more and more plain water!

Aha! the dreaded water...Before August 2013, i only rarely drank just water. I drank boat loads of coffee and coke (there is water in there!) I cold turkey dropped the soda's and started drinking my coffee black. Started adding water, slowly, but now I drink water, and black coffee, sometimes a herbal tea. I sometimes infuse my water with cucumbers, makes it taste so fresh. Sometimes a few strawberries. Some people add slices or wedges of lemons or limes. I don't think you can go from no water to 64 oz per day, slowly replace other drinks as you go. It helped me to set a goal of at least 2 water bottles a day, at first even that seemed like a ton of water, over time I gradually increased. Good luck to you!
