I have it and have done some of it. Great workout in about 26 minutes. Have not followed it strictly in addition to proper eating but had a co-worker tell me she talked to someone who did it for 30 days and had great results.

I've done it. I found that I lost inches, but not a whole lot of pounds. I find it gets really boring, but that's just me.

I really like it, Its a good workout if you don't have a lot of time. I had to play my own workout music bec her voice gets on my nerves, but it is a good fast workout with definite results.

If you have not done vigorus exercise recently you will think you are going to die the first number of days . . . but it actually quickly gets easier . . . by the end of the first week you actually don't feel quite as sore.
I tend to only do this one every 2nd day, and do another purely cardio DVD on the off days or a nice brisk walk. I like to have that extra day of "rest" as there are strength training moves throughout the DVD and I have always been of the thought that your muscles must have that day of rest after this type of exercise.
I had great results with this as well. I do eat VERY clean but by following this and maintaining my healthy food plan I lost about 8-10 pounds per month.

I really like this DVD. I work more than full time hours so really appreciate feeling like I get a decent workout in the shortened time.

It's a great program, but I think the "20 lbs in 30 days" is for folks who don't really exercise much, and who have quite a bit to lose. From looking at your (very lovely!) picture, I get the feeling you've exercised before :)

I, personally, use 30 Day Shred when I want to get in a quick workout that's easy but still makes me sweat.

If you are not a beginner, you might really like P90X or Insanity (P90 uses weights, Insanity does not). They still kill me!

Thanks for your complient deary :) I do Insanity and use my treadmill but these winter months are slowin me down and i wanted to try something different to get me outta the boredom. I got an email for a free 21 day trial so I might just check it out and hey I can tell if I like it or not and if not, send it back :)
  • I think you should definately try it, especially if you have a free trial. Couldn't hurt =)

I think I might buy it (only $8somethin at walmart) and do it on top of the workout I usually do at the gym.. I feel like I need more variation than what the gym offers..
