    Fantastic job! Hope you don't mind me asking, but what is your height? I started from 180lbs as well and now down to 30 lbs, I'm 5'6" TIA

    Thank you everyone! It is so encouraging to get positive feedback on my progress - especially right now because I have gained two pounds since my mother-in-law entered hospice a week ago. It's nice to know I've really made some progress even though the scale is not my friend right now....

    Thanks! When I started this I decided that I wanted to go fairly slow - I wanted to devlelop habits that I'll hopefully be able to stick with for the long haul. Sometimes I get discouraged that I'm going so slowly but then I just remind myself that, for me, it's better this way.
