Has anyone tried the 30 day Butt LIft, 30 Day 6 Pack Abs, 30 Day Fat Burning, or BeFit in 90 days?
How did you feel they compared to the 30DS? Were you happy with their results?

I've not done any of these
The Butt Lift one is rated beginner/intermediate.... 6 - 10 minute sessions, sound more like 10 Minute Solutions
The 90 day one is high impact......sections are cardio/ circuit/ and strength .....looks interesting
