(yet another) Turbo Fire question

Sorry. I know there are wayyyyy too many posts about the mainstream beachbody programs, but I do have a question.
I have done Turbo Fire several times in the past. I'm doing it again, and I was just curious if you think I will lose muscle doing the program since it's so much cardio. I just finished CLX, so I don't want to lose any muscle I gained from doing that. After I finish my Turbo Fire/Combat hybrid I plan to do another hybrid with CLX.

Did you think about doing the CLX/TF hybrid? Just an idea.
I don't think you will lose the muscle if you make sure you are getting enough calories. It's the calorie deficit (if you go too far) that will cause you to lose muscle. I've done both CLX and TF and would really like to do the hybrid at some point.
Let me know what you decide to do because I'm interested to know how it works out.0 -

I think you should be safe as long as you're getting enough calories and protein. You may lose a little bit of muscle since you won't be lifting weights like you were in CLX, but there shouldn't be a drastic change. Hope I helped!0

I am a turbo nut, but I started weight training just to be on the safe side. It's always a good idea to combine cardio with strength training. The more muscle you have the higher your bmr.0
