What do you do when the number is hovering over your goal?

My scale is having a laugh over this, probably. Because I set out to be at -8 lbs by the end of February. I met my goal just briefly last Wednesday, I think, but it keeps clawing it back up 1 or 1.8 lbs and it's been like this for a week. I can't take it! I really can't take this tease from my scale! What do you guys do when your scale is fighting you???

    same issue with me! but i learned not to trust the scale fully as long as i know my body is improving..also people around me start noticing my weight loss. People and clothes are the true witness of your progress, just sayin'. So don't be a slave of the scale. =) As long as you know that you're working hard to burn calories..nothing to fret about! or maybe you're gaining muscles!!! :wink:
