ham and cheese breakfast muffins.

its SOOO easy!

preheat oven to 425

2c bisquick
1/4 c grated parm (or 4 tbsp, same thing)
1c shredded cheddar
3oz ham, diced
1 whole egg
2/3 c milk
2 tbsp oil
black pepper to taste (i just put a few shakes)

mix it all together. fill greased muffin liners about 3/4 full

bake at 425 for 15 min or till top is lightly brown.

makes 12 muffins.

this makes *just enough* batter for the 12 muffins. to not end up with all batter and no ham in the last muffin, i put about half the batter in all 12, then go back and fill the rest of the way. eat them hot! so good. if you store, cover well, they get dry pretty quick.

serving size 1 muffin, 157 calories. (make room for 2 muffins, they are awesome)
