I was doing really well but today I ATE AN ENTIRE DOMINOES THIN CRUST PIZZA
What do I do? I feel sick and awful and I hate myself HELP T.T

You try to eat better tomorrow, add perhaps some extra time in your work outs the next days to feel better, and move on with your life.0

1 pizza won't make you fat, 1 salad won't make you thin. (Just don't make it a habit)0

Forget about, go for a walk, get moving. Tomorrow is a new day. Vow to make it better!0

1.) Log the calories.
2.) Write down or record exactly how you feel how fantastic idea it was and what lead up to it. Keep the record safe to read or listen to it next time you decide gluttony is appealing.
3.) Forgive yourself and get back to the diet.0 -

Been there. Done that. Many times. Now I think, I can't change the past, so all I can do is go forward and make good choices. Add extra exercise, extra water. Don't fast or restrict calories too much to try to "make up for it". You may see the scale go up a bit but it's okay, you can get that off quickly. Just don't let it become a habit.0

No beer with it? Wasted day.
usually that's Friday or Saturday dinner.
2-3 beers- and one whole supreme pizza.
roll with it- and don't eat a whole pizza tomorrow.

I used to work at Pizza Hut.....so I don't really care for them all that much any more.0 -

I crush an entire pizza probably once a month. Just make up for it over the next week on your caloric intake, and it'll all come out in the wash. No worries, mon!0 -
Drink lots of water and eat some fruit later when your stomach can fit more in it. This will help you poo better tomorrow.0

she's 19... so... maybe it's not legal for her to drink wherever she is.0 -
We all have bad days when we cave in and eat too much, drink too much, whatever. Don't beat yourself up for it. That will only make you feel worse and want to just throw in the towel. Start fresh tomorrow! Go to the gym and work it off! It will make you feel better too! Next time you crave pizza, just buy 1 or 2 slices and log it in to your daily calorie intake. It won't kill ya....everything in moderation. You can do it.0

We eat the whole thing here in Italy. They don't even sell slices
I bet you didn't much harm. You might have exceeded your goal, depending on what your goal is, but it's nothing that can't be fixed.0 -

everyone has overeating "mess ups" I try not to look at it as mess ups though and more yummy ups0
