Anyone done Brazillian Butt Lift?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone out there has done BBL. I've done two workouts so far ('high and tight' and 'boomboom'). I wasn't impressed with 'boomboom', it felt boring and too dancey but the next 3 days I had the most painful soreness ever and I lift heavy weights 3x a week and am used to soreness so I guess that was a good sign! High and tight I felt a lot during the workout but wasn't sore afterwards.

Does anyone have any input? Pictures would be great too! :smile:

    I've done it before and I absolutely LOVE High & Tight and Tummy Tuck. Although Bum Bum and Cardio Axe were definitely not at the intensity I was used to after doing Turbo Fire and Body Revolution. Sculpt was pretty basic. No real good or bad opinion on it. Don't know if you've done that one yet. But High & Tight in particular is a favorite! I'm going to be doing a hybrid of BBL/ChaLEAN Extreme/Turbo Fire after I finish up with T25 and Body Revolution, which I'm doing now (one more month!). I am looking forward to it. I only lost 2 lbs when I did the program, but the shape of my butt changed so much. I really wish I had taken before and afters. My thighs slimmed down a bit too, although mine weren't TOO big in comparison to the rest of my body, so I was very happy to see that there was a definite change in shape even if there wasn't in inches. I just got the advanced pack and Rio Extreme looks pretty tough. The others look, meh. But while I don't like ALL of the program, the parts I do like were worth doing!
  • Yeah I agree, Bum Bum wasn't really high intensity at all (I've done Insanity and Body Revolution before) but it still had me aching afterwards so I guess it wins! I am thinking of incorporating High and Tight twice a week into my routine because it genuinely is a good routine and I can feel my boomboom working! I haven't done Tummy Tuck, will try :)

    Hi! Could you let me know what this hybrid looks like? Some Chalean days are heavy on the legs, so I wonder when to add BBL.. Any ideas on that?

    It's definitely the most intense routine I've ever tried, but I think I'm ready for it. It is pretty lower body heavy, so I'm not sure how sore I'll be (yikes!), so that'll be fun! There is a CheLEAN/BBL hybrid without the Turbo Fire too:

    Maybe following some kind of schedule like that would help you to figure out when to do them. High & Tight leaves me sore for DAYS, so I feel you with not knowing when to add them!
