hmm i eat under 1200 but i burn between 500 and 1000 a day? does this mean i ate back my burned calories???
why? yes. eat them back. netting under 1200 calories per day is ridiculous.0 -
i estimated my calories before i got an HRM and i ate those all back, now that i have an HRM I still eat them all back.
i don't know why people over stress about these things. it's not an exact science0 -
I eat my sedentary TDEE-15% + ALL exercise calories....I've been loosing 1.4 lbs per week with this method. I think it all depends on the individual though.
This.
Except I don't always eat back all of my exercise calories but I do make sure that I have at least 1200 net calories.
This is what I do as well because I wasn't doing this and went into starvation mode and didn't lose anything for 2 weeks.0
