I pretty much only shop the outer edge of the store...most of the middle is the processed crap!

-Lots of fresh veggies..spinich, kale, cucumbers, carrots, beets, celery, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, squashes
-Lots of fruit...lemons, oranges, apples, bananas, pears, berries.
-Some 93/7 beef, but mainly turkey bacon, turkey sausage, turkey (ground or patties) Might throw some pork chops in there. Lots of chicken, chicken sausage. I do buy some deli meat in the package for lunches for work as this is less processed then frozen Smart Ones or Lean Cusine(not healthy, too processed).
-Cheese, Greek yogert (the good ones, Yoplait blended, Dannon Oikos Fruit on the bottom, etc).
    -Jumbo eggs
-Almond milk, or sometimes Almond & Coconut Blend Milk.
    -Skinny Cow ice cream sandwhiches
    -Some frozen veggies.
-Breads...whole or multi grain...love Arnold Flatbread Pockets, you can stuff them with ANYTHING.
    -LaraBars for a snack bar.
-Cereals... I stick to the tops and bottoms of the racks, where the healthier stuff is. Sugary cereals are always at eye level. Multi Grain Peanut Butter Cheerios are amazing! Esp with some almond coconut milk.
-Bolthouse Farms veggie and fruit juices.
    -Yoplait frozen yogert smoothies.

    Just to name a few....
