Lost motivation

So I have lost 80 lbs over the last 2 years tracking my food and working out (mostly beachbody workouts). Over the last 6 mos or so I have lost most motivation that I use to have I now only work out about 3 times a week and I ave not tracked my food at all. Ive decided to start really tracking my food. Hopefully visually seeing where I'm at on a daily basis will help out with the continued workouts and consistency in nutrition.
