Mini victory!

Yesterday I stepped on the scale, fearful of what the number might be due to eating crap all week because we were moving house. But I had lost... lost the last little bit between me and my PRE PREGNANCY WEIGHT! WOOT!
I gained 42lbs during my pregnancy (1lb per week pregnant!) and all 42lbs are gone. My daughter is four months old.
I did it by learning to cook and eating healthy meals (not dieting, as I'm breastfeeding) and walking. I walked the wheels off my daughter's stroller and racked up a total of 49 miles for November! I completed the 30 day shred as well. Also, drinking 10-12 glasses of water a day. When I started doing that it REALLY helped.
I am still going as I was unhappy with my weight before getting pregnant, but this is a momentous mini victory for me, and I thought I'd share! After the hectic holidays I plan on starting Insanity 60 day program ^_^

That's awesome!!! You are at a great advantage, because you are breastfeeding. The weight will continue to come off, if you just keep truckin away with your fitness journey!!!! I'm very happy AND jealous! lol I dropped 35 lbs while breastfeeding and still have 35 to go, cuz I was A PIG when I was pregnant. lol0
