It doesn't make me hungry. It doesn't make me crave sweets. When I crave sweets, I also know that is within my ability to NOT eat them if they don't fit my calorie goals. Therefore, I enjoy diet pop on a regular basis.0

I love it, addicted? maybe a little its all I used to drink but am drinking lots more water now throughout the day, and just the pepsi at night. I do find I get hungry in the evenings, but I think that is through boredom more then anything else0 -
I found that if I cut out "fake" sugars from my diet and then have them here and there, I get headaches. I haven't noticed that they make me crave other foods or anything like that.
I try not to have caffeine or soda, regular or diet, but sometimes I do want a soda and I have one. I'm actually going to with lunch today too! :laugh:0 -
When on a deficit it helps me at night. It satisfies my need for something sugary. I have one can at night.
I do believe that diet cola isn't all that healthy. But if it helps you get through eating on a deficit it's the lesser of two evils.0 -
I drank some Pepsi Max last night with dinner and it didn't make me eat any more than I usually eat. I usually drink Coke Zero and that doesn't make me "hungrier" either. Sounds to me just like more myths, I think. :P0

I love pepsi max
I drink it frequently and some times daily
Never bothered me on diet or on losing weight0 -
I like diet soda (I prefer cherry coke zero), and honestly if I'm hungry right after work but I need to wait an hour to make dinner, it tides me over nicely. So, it prevents me snacking and grazing, which I consider a win.0

i dont miss it and my usual weekly headache has disappearred0 -
Pepsi Max happens to be my favorite. I have increased my water intake but keep some Max on hand when I need a lil something sweet without the calories. I find no issues with hunger from it0

I get headaches ALOT almost daily...is there a connection?0

Could be, most likely from the caffine, i drank nothing but 2 litres of pepsi max and 2 coffees a day.
I drink mainly tea and water with a little watered down fruit juice thrown in so my caffine consumption is alot less.0 -
There may be a connection I drink a cup of coffee in the morning and that's it, I can't get rid of it!
But, I used to drink soda all day everyday and realized that I need to stick to just water!
Drinking zero calorie soda is okay once and awhile but sticking to water is the key!!!!
You can do it! Your cravings will slowly fade! Good Luck!0 -
