lifters who post best days

so I've got some extremely motivated friends on here. though not many post about days they hit their 1 rep max, or toss up more weight for more reps than they've ever done! basically brag about killin it in the gym. anybody on here do that, that would be willing to add me? that's my favorite kind of motivation, thanks

    I think I spam my friends sometimes. Started blogging about my daily workouts and I think no one reads them so feel free to add :)

    I only tend to brag when I've hit a new 1RM rather than more reps (as I lose track of PRs for reps) but always fun to have other people psyched about lifting.
