Which new juice diet is this? I think if you don't eat a lot of vegies, and you like the taste of vegetable juice, and you don't have insulin problems, I think having some fresh vegetable juice is a GREAT way to get vitamins into you. One glass, ~120 calories. ALL of your vegetables for the day. (Though you miss out on the fiber.)
Just as an experiment, I've drank only juice for 3 days a couple times. I thought I was going insane from lack of fat and protein, though. So I ground up flax seeds on the 3rd day and added them to the juice.0

No, but I am doing the GOYAAGHD (Get Off Your *kitten* and Get Healthy Diet). It's really slow, it's a lot of hard work, it required me to change my headset about why I thought eating a bag of cookies was healthy, it made me run without someone chasing me with a big stick, it made me start picking up a barbell loaded with weights bigger than my head, it made me learn the nutritional values of food so that I was fueling my body correctly, it made me think twice about skipping a work out.............
oh yeah. And it made me lose some weight.
Good luck on your juice diet.0

Oh yeah. Well I'm doing fork put-downs and table push-aways.
I think you'll find that works equally well.0

 Love this!
I too have a hard time getting in enough veggies and fruits, so I try to have a good smoothie most mornings with fruit, yogurt, and milk or juice. You can add protein powder (I do sometimes), and you could even put some veggies in as well and folks say you can't taste them, haven't tried it yet. I think maybe a relatively low-cal smoothie as a snack or meal could be helpful, but an all-juice diet sounds too extreme and likely not healthy in the long-term, plus hard to sustain. Jamba Juice and Yoplait have some frozen smoothie mixes at grocery stores that are super-easy, but frozen fruits are pretty easy to come by as well.
 Best of luck to you!0

My brother got a Magic Bullet and blends up fruits and veggies into smoothies. It helps him a lot.
